This workshop is dedicated to overview the traditional ways of making tortillas, a staple and keystone of Mexican cuisine. (No actual cooking will be done). Participants will be using molcajetes (stone mortar), metate (stone flat mortar), prensa (tortilla press), ollas (clay pots) and buckets, tortillero (tortilla holder).
