The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

CultureALL uses the IDI, a confidential 20-minute online survey, to generate data that informs your team’s cultural growth. This scientifically validated tool measures how individuals and groups navigate differences and opportunities in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Each participant receives one-on-one, private coaching sessions to support their professional development. The IDI consists of 50 items and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The resulting data categorize mindsets that influence how individuals respond to differences and opportunities
