This interactive workshop features physical games and blends movement, art, imagination, and music to explore traditional games from cultures around the world. Participants will not only play, but also discover the stories, traditions, similarities and differences behind the games we play. Students will participate in games such as hopscotch and other physical activities that entail movement, storytelling (circle formation), arts and crafts, Q&A, and show-and-tell. Activities in this workshop can be customized depending on the age and ability level of participants.

A room with clean, open floor space (preferably hard floors). A large desk or table in the front of the room for artifacts and displays. Tables and chairs or desks for participants to use while crafting
