Dzenana’s workshop explores the cultural traditions of Bosnia. She teaches participants how Bosnian people welcome guests into their homes and their practices of eating delicious food and drinking coffee. She will demonstrate how to prepare traditional Bosnian coffee and allow participants to try some for themselves . In addition, she will demonstrate how traditional pita dough is rolled in Bosnia. Participants will also look at Dzenana’s personal travel photos and traditional Bosnian items.
