This workshop will reveal a brief history of this ancient breath technique from yogic practices in India. Participants will learn about controlling breath in different styles and lengths.
Pranayama has three parts which include the inhalation, retention, and exhalation. Participants will be guided through a variety of techniques to show how meditative breathing helps relax, restore and bring calm to the body. Get ready to enjoy the experience of scents, and working with small singing bowls and cymbals.
