Discover the culture of the Philippines in this hands-on workshop in Philippine cookery.
Philippine cuisine is sometimes mistaken as Chinese food. While Chinese food uses a lot of oil in the preparation, Philippine cuisine does not. In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare fresh spring rolls, steamed dumplings, and fried rice that is out of this world. It is healthier for you, too!

This workshop can be adapted for different ages.  A Consumer Science classroom or space with a kitchen is preferred.
