Gurwinder takes participants on a journey where they will see, hear, smell, and feel the cultures of Southeast Asia. Participants will learn how to cook fragrant rice and practice brewing a Singaporean iced tea, having the option to taste both during this workshop.

Participants will next break into small groups, where they will work to identify herbs and spices commonly used in Southeast Asia cuisine.

At the end of the challenge, Gurwinder will review their results and discuss the use and benefits of the spices and herbs in his culture.
