A Journey Through Memory

This story takes you through my childhood learning to love nature, to adulthood trying
to pass this love on to my children, to the loss of my dad to Alzheimer's when he was 77
years old. My journey continues as I get older, struggling to prove to myself that I can still do the
things I love, like backpacking trips, even by myself. Learning that something may be
catching up with me. Learning that I’m having trouble. Finding a path to the future I
crave.
