Rose-Angele Mizose

Rose-Angele Mizose is a psychotherapist, an educator, and a clinical mentor. Born in a small town in South Kivu, DRC, she left her country at age 6 due to war and fled to Tanzania. She reunited with her parents in Canada, where she spent most of her childhood. By adapting to new cultures, languages, and ways of life, she faced new challenges and, at a young age, began building resilience. Little did she know that her childhood experiences would guide her toward a goal of creating safe spaces where individuals can find emotional healing. She later moved to the US, where she took on several projects supporting vulnerable populations in the nonprofit sector. Her passion for helping people find emotional stability and healing grew strong, leading her to become an observer and a listener, an educator, a mentor, and a therapist.
