Anna is an organizational trainer and consultant at the University of Iowa who has spent her life doing what the poet Rilke advised: living the questions.
One question in particular — what happened to a woman her family lost decades ago — took her from a Fulbright in Laos to teaching Afghan female pilots in Kabul, from South Korea to Cairo, and eventually to Estonia, where she finally found the answer.
Today she brings that same curiosity and cross-cultural depth to her work facilitating leadership development and helping people build connection across differences. She holds a Master's in Organizational Communication and is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, the Intercultural Conflict Styles Inventory, and Crucial Influence.
