Eugene E. Fracek is a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in South Dakota. He is an Ambassador for American Indian Tribal people and teaches about history, culture, traditions, values, issues, and behavior through story and song. He is a retired elementary school principal and was teaching at Simpson College. Mr. Fracek’s hobbies include folk singing, watching science fiction, musicals, and old-time movies, and working with home electronics.
