This program offers an overview of Latin American music and cultures, illustrating how three main cultural groups – Native American, Spanish, and West African – blended to make Latin American music what it is today. The program is adapted in fun ways to all ages and includes the demonstration of several instruments and vocal styles.
This workshop can also be adapted as an assembly program for a larger audience.
