In China, tea culture is an important tradition that connotes harmony, peace, happiness, and truthfulness. The Chinese tea ceremony, or "cha dao," has held great significance in Chinese culture for centuries.

In this workshop, participants will learn the philosophy behind Chinese tea, the different tea leaves and when and how to pick them, the processing of different types of tea, the most commonly used tea sets, the health benefits of tea, and how tea culture differs in the different regions throughout China.

This workshop can be adapted for all ages.
