Papaya Salad


Papaya (Optional: add cucumber and/or green apples - whatever is available)

1 Teaspoon of sugar

1 Tablespoon of fish sauce (Available at Walmart and Hy-Vee)

2 Small cloves of garlic

2 Tablespoons of lime juice

1 Tablespoon of dry peanuts (Finely chopped)

Dry or fresh chilies  

1 Tomato


1. In a mortar or a large bowl, pound chilies and garlic together.

2. Cut the tomato to a bite sizes.

3. Peel and shred the papaya.

4. Add tomato, papaya, and any other ingredients to the mortar or bowl.

5. Mix together and serve.
